The Bay Rental Process
We will show homes by appointment only after they have been fully refreshed between tenants.
Each adult prospective resident will complete an application for rental. Online application access is available. We aim for a long term partnership with our tenants, thus we screen our prospective residents very carefully. We use Check Point Tenant Screening services to help us evaluate which applicant is the best match for our property. It would not be unusual for us to ask resident applicants for clarification or for additional pieces of income or similar documentation. Our pet policy varies and depends on the particular property and the mix of canine or feline companions you may have. Satisfactory prior references are extremely important to us. Prospective residents should expect that we definitely contact and verify all of the provided references.
When your application has been preliminarily approved, we will provide a lease draft for your review and execution. If the lease is agreed and approved, we will collect a performance deposit, and rent payment and provide the property access items. We require our tenants to carry renter’s insurance for their protection.
All landscaping and pool services are provided. Our residents just move in and enjoy our great neighborhoods. After move in, residents are asked to make a list of items should be noted or that may require our attention.
